Where enquiries can come from
The referral service is for Adelaide households, including the city, inner suburbs, coast, northern and southern suburbs. Enquiries from the Adelaide Hills and outer areas are welcome; the provider will confirm whether they can attend that location.
Examples include Adelaide, Norwood, Prospect, Unley, Glenelg, Henley Beach, Port Adelaide, Salisbury, Golden Grove, Marion, Morphett Vale and Mount Barker. These are areas from which you can enquire, not claimed branch locations or guaranteed service territories.
Tell the provider about access
For a unit or apartment, note parking restrictions, stairs, access through common property and whether another person needs to approve work. For a home on a steep site or with a roof-mounted system, describe the location without climbing up to inspect it.
If you're organising work as a tenant or property manager, say so in the message. The provider can clarify the required authorisation and who will receive the quote. Don't enter another person's contact details without their permission.
Send a hot-water enquiryAvailability is confirmed for each enquiry
A provider's coverage can vary with the work, equipment, specialist requirements and current schedule. The enquiry gives enough information for that decision without promising an arrival time before a plumber has accepted the job.
For an immediate hazard or uncontrolled flooding, contact the appropriate emergency service directly. This form isn't an emergency dispatch channel.
